Bakery and Pastry
Prepare all bakery and pastry items following standardized recipes, including measuring ingredients and cutting pastry products.
Observe color of products being baked and adjusts oven temperatures.
Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking.
Portion, roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to forms breads, buns, pie dough, or other baked goods.
Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met.
Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, or blending machines, so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.
Ensuring that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
Required Profile:
Dynamism, flexibility, team spirit as well as a sense of organization will be essential qualities to carry out your mission successfully.
